About Shed Quarters

Teresa’s journey into the shed industry began by helping her husband, Jim, with their Shed Hauling Company. Through that experience she spent two years learning the ins and outs of the business, becoming very familiar with the quality, construction, and value of Old Hickory Buildings. After gaining that hands on knowledge, she decided to take the next step and become a dealer herself.

She first started small by approaching a local greenhouse owner and asking if she could rent space on the property to display and sell Old Hickory Buildings. The owner agreed, and that opportunity allowed the business to get off the ground. As demand continued to grow, Teresa and her husband eventually purchased their own prime property location to expand the business and create the Shed Quarters lot customers visit today.

Over the past four and a half years, Shed Quarters has continued to grow while staying focused on what matters most: providing high quality buildings and outstanding customer service. In addition to Old Hickory Buildings, the business has expanded to offer other Amish built products, which has been a valuable addition for customers looking for durable, well crafted outdoor structures.

In February 2026, Shed Quarters welcomed Ariel as the new Sales Representative. Bringing Ariel onto the team allows Teresa and her husband to spend more time with their family while continuing to grow the business and maintain the high level of service customers have come to expect. Ariel works closely with customers to help them find the perfect building for their needs and guide them through the buying or rent to own process from start to finish.

At Shed Quarters, the goal has always remained the same: provide a great product, treat customers well, and help every person who visits the lot find the right solution for their property.
